Jessica Jonathan Yaniv Simpson has filed a first draft of the script for the finale season of the Yaniv Saga, to the court, in a last ditch effort to stall Alta West being given title of the 592 square foot condo apartment tomorrow morning at 9:45am PST. The writing for this final season of the Yaniv story has really gone to shit. The additional characters are all a bit over the top don’t you think. Even the final season of Stranger Things written by ChatGPT came up with less plot holes and less useless characters.
All we need is a big dramatic coming out scene with Jon finally telling the world he is gay.
We all know you are gay. We all know you love Donald.
Will The Judge Buy This Malarky?
Firstly, this entire Form 33 was written and submitted not by any legal firm, or legit lawyer – but by Jon himself. His only affidavits are “sworn” statements from his mother Mad Miriam and deaf aunt, both surely saying that it is all true. Pinkie Swearsies.
The sob story might be a new one for the judge in the case, but I am sure the Foreclosure tales people tell get wild. This one is a doozy. After paragraph 1-9 where Jon very confusingly states his mommy dearest will pay the debt – the story then changes to center around Jon’s “relationship” with a PI.
Were they dating? All these new characters are a bit much, but every series adds useless characters and leaves gaping plot holes. Like whatever happened to Jon’s Calgary Arrest Warrant?
Anyway, back in the beginning of 2025 Jon befriended a woman that fancies herself a brilliant detective, and yet when warned about working with Jon, this brilliant woman said she knew better.
Then some time in the Autumn of 2025 their connection unravelled. The PI began showing evidence to the DFS gang, that Jon had asked her to LIE and say he had worked for her for 5 years.
The evidence seemed to suggest it was to get ahead in his a Masters program at school, or maybe to get more student loans, but clearly it was probably to fake an income history to obtain a loan. The PI leaked banking records that seem fake to those of us at MM that saw them. No one could account for the alleged $90,000 deposit that Jon claimed in 2023? In any case, if Jon had been given $90,000 in 2023 – where did it go? It wasn’t used to pay his mortgage. If you recall the timeline of this series, the mortgage went into default in November 2023.

Not to mention – it is understood that Jon was claiming to be on Disability and receiving Government payments. How could he be having such an income and receiving welfare, which let’s face it – is what Disability is. Jon has been using Welfare most of this Yaniv Series.
In any case, we were also given information from the PI directly by email. She claimed Jon “hacked” her email and posted on FB and X beyond her wishes – yet later released recorded audio files on X provided by the PI – make it clear she gave Jon the email access as he was working for her. The PI claimed Jon falsely opened a Workers Compensation Claim – in BC Canada this is like another welfare system for those injured on the job. The PI also told folks that Jon filed a claim for unpaid income by her, with whatever regulatory body in BC that handles that. Then the hitman story came to light, again, with the PI involved.
Honestly though, how any of this is actually relative to Jon NOT PAYING his bills is ridiculous subplot nonsense.
Jon Forcing His Senior Mom To Sell Her Home
Jon’s senior citizen mother incidentally pled guilty to her recent charges on Jan 19th and is essentially on another 12 month probation period for assaulting another senior in her building.
Paragraph 1 – 9 in the Form 33 season finale script suggests Miriam Yaniv probably doesn’t want to lose her home, but that is where she is at. Jon is suggesting that he be given time by the court, to allow his senior mother to sell her 590 square foot condo, and find another place to live with her Deaf sister.
Jon is suggesting that his mother will sign over a personal loan to Jon – so that Jon can keep his own apartment condo. Son of the Decade type stuff.
This grifting piece of shit, is forcing his mother and aunt to lose their home, and forcing her to give him the equity of her condo. There might be some kind of contract, saying Jon will pay it back, but does ANYONE believe Jon will pay a loan back to his mom?
Honestly – the court and Alta West wouldn’t care, they care about being PAID.
Furthermore Miriam has been ranting about the PI on Facebook and the other parties on X. Jon claimed his mother’s X account was hacked. Seems like these people have no idea what hacking is. That excuse is getting old. Miriam has had mental issues, and I do wonder if someone in her deteriorating mental state is capable of agreeing to give away her estate before she is dead. Do these rantings on Facebook look normal?
Jon posting a MAN’s head and his own mother asking which is his is pretty good comedic relief in the plot.

Then the script added 2 new dudes in 2025, that has ties to the PI somehow. One is some other fat slob that lives off welfare in Calgary and the other some paranoid self declared whistle bowler. Anyway this paranoid dude just had his house hit with a jerry can of fuel on fire, and the people that put it there drove off in a WHITE SUV. Plot thickens. Was it Jon’s SUV? Or just a mere misdirection that they happen to drive a SUV that is white. Fat slob from Calgary thinks the dude set his own porch on fire. Incidentally the man whose house was fire bombed was also somehow tied to the hitman plot line. It’s all just way over the top writing. So many plot holes and twists, it really is sad. Like, plot hole, why would a man fearful of a hitman, not have security cameras on his front door? We aren’t really sure what to name these new characters by the way. We have always had the subplot of The DFS Gang, but now we need to try to understand this new subplot of the Disgraced Geologist, Welfare Bum, there’s the Ivermectin Smugglers and now the TransLoving PIs? Gheesh ChatGPT is really going off course here.
I mean in reading this final script, if Jon is so terrified that he requested police protection, why would he want to stay in that condo. Ever since 2018 when the #WaxMyBalls cases broke, EVERYONE in the world knows his fucking address. Asking the Foreclosure to be banned from publication is hilarious, as everyone know The Hawthorne is the main plot location of this series. The Residence across the street is too. Wouldn’t it be SAFER for Jon to move?
Why would he want to stay at The Hawthorne if he believes his life is truly in danger. Having potential buyers in his home – while he is not there – which is how that works when you sell a place – is hardly life threatening. I mean, maybe someone might fake a viewing to steal a memento from the place? I think all the dildos will have to be removed from their displays, and a general cleaning to present the place will happen though. So I don’t think anyone is going to steal Jon’s crusted underoos. The best outcome for SAFETY would be for Jon to move.
Where Are 2 Deaf Seniors Gonna Move To?
This statement in Form 33 below seems like Scenario 5 in the previous post July 2025, where MM speculated that “Miriam and Ilana Yaniv put their senior apartment condo up for sale, and Jon convinces them to move into a new place all together. This could be used as an excuse to delay the sale of his condo.”
However in this new court document it seems Jon doesn’t have a plan to lose his place, but merely steal all his mother’s assets for his own. Which seems about right for his scumbag character.
Where are the 2 deaf seniors gonna move to? They all can’t live at The Hawthorne. With 3 dogs. This script is very lacking in those final details. Paragraph 1-9 don’t really make much sense. A mortgage is typically done by a broker. Is this suggesting that a 3rd party is writing up a contract with Miriam as the lender? Also the $500,000 value is out of touch. No bloody way an appraiser would value the apartment that high. No way Miriam will sell her apartment for that much either. After paying out Miriam’s Scotiabank mortgage, the realtor fees and all the deductions, MM don’t know that selling her place would even cover Jon’s debt.
Ryan Elson Does NOT Run MeowMix
After our reading of this drama, MM has to state – Ryan Elson has often forwarded his information to us at MM, and given us a heads up on facts surrounding Donald Smith and his Intimate Images ongoing cases.
Much like the PI who has emailed us info.
MeowMix relies on outsiders submitting information, and we collectively decide what does or does not make it into the content here.
We appreciate all the tips we receive in email. Heck even “Jessica Simpson” emails us hilarious shit sometimes. Not as hilarious as some of the Ai gags that Elson posts on X though.
We know Jon tries really hard to find out who owns and operates MeowMix. He fails time and time again. The DFS Gang provide us information and entertainment, and that is all. Ryan Elson Does NOT Run MeowMix. He isn’t in The New Mew Crew. So paragraph 26 in this script is very wrong. I guess it is fan-fiction though so maybe we let it slide but will the Judge?
Furthermore NONE of the shit that this story talks about excuses Jon from not getting the mortgage paid in last 12 months. If Jon’s only recourse was to force his senior mother to sell her home to save his, that could have started in July 2025 – immediately after the extended time was granted.
MM hope the Judge agrees that this is psychopathic bullshit.
We will find out tomorrow 9:45 am PST. Stay Tuned.
